Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in Internet and Communications
Infrastructure investments, led a $7.2 million equity investment in PERCITE.
Other investors in the round included GreenSpring
Ventures LLC., and previous backers, Neurone Ventures and Gerard Klauer
Mattison. The capital enabled PERCITE to further enhance its technology
and the functionality of SCMaster Suite.
The company re-structured itself in 2002, where shareholders' equity positions changed.
